Hawaii Pools

High-potential pool company with over 50 years of experience, located on the Big Island of Hawaii. Looking to expand to all of the Hawaiian islands and become the largest custom pool builder in the state.  We currently are completing one pool per week, with 60 pools in the construction phase and a additional 50 pools in the processes of becoming potential pool clients on the Big Island alone. To add we have 45 pools which we are in the final process of signing on the island of Kauai. We are well seasoned and familiar with top builders in both commercial and residential space. Our major competition is currently "mom and pop" shops who operate at smaller scales then our current completion rate. We have a in house crew of over 40 masons and are expecting to have a revenue of 10 million for 2023.

We see the potential for large scale operations because of the lack of leadership and consistency here in Hawaii. A major struggle for many businesses in Hawaii are finding workers which for the commercial cliental (Hilton, Four Seasons, etc.) results in bringing pool builders from the mainland. With a target investment of 5 Million We are highly confident that we can produce similar or greater results on the neighboring islands. These funds will go to building out crews on the other islands (office, construction) purchase of startup equipment, building/warehouse space and marketing for the company.
