By providing on-site tenants with reliable and sustainable energy sources, AHI aims to promote stability, accurate cost forecasting, and a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
The impressive scale of the project is matched by its potential impact. This master-planned development boasts 1.3 million square feet of space and 40MW of onsite energy capacity. It is targeted towards Agritech and Technology companies that prioritize reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 40% and adhere to a carbon-neutral mandate. Furthermore, the project is well-positioned to access a wide range of Provincial and Federal grants due to its strong ESG+R mandate.
Currently, AHI is seeking Series "A" funding to strengthen its organization and achieve key milestones. These milestones include the commencement of AHI Red Deer - Sustainable Innovation Campus Phase 1a development, securing building permits for a vertical farm, digitial prouction studio, preparing the property, and constructing the initial 5MW of a 40MW district energy system.
AHI's growth strategy centers around converting Letters of Intent (LOIs) into leases and hosting a global launch event to attract partnerships with leading companies worldwide. The objective is to secure leases for the entire development within a 2 to 3-year period, facilitating the 7 to 10-year build-out of the project. By securing Series "A" funding, AHI can leverage a strong corporate guarantor to obtain construction financing, subsequently driving revenue generation and significant valuation within a 3-year timeframe.
