OPPORTUNITY:
GreenLit Renewable Energy Corp (GreenLit) has the exclusive sub-license to market and sell the
Fast Road Build Inc.’s Fast Road Solution™ in Panama. GreenLit is offering qualified road builders
in Panama the opportunity to purchase a road base system which reduces the number of days to
construct one (1) kilometer of road from twenty (20) days to just one (1) day.
INVESTMENT:
GreenLit is seeking an investor for an initial investment of US$100,000 for 5% of the Class B
Preferred Shares of GreenLit along with the return of their investment principal at the end of one
year. The investment is for two years with a first-year dividend of $306,117 and a second year
dividend of $558,268, for a total two year return of US$964,385 (including principal), an 864%
return on investment. At the end of two years the Class B Preferred Shares will be transferred
back to GreenLit.

GreenLit will sell 100 kilometers of the FastRoads™ product in the first year, earning a net income
of $10,000,000. Over the two year investment period GreenLit will sell 280 kilometers of the
FastRoads™ product, earning a net income of $27,440,800.
