In addition to our patent pending tri-platform that is completely unique to GMM , our platform has been built on the pain points of Amazon, Fiverr and Angie's list. We offer more competitive platform fees, faster payouts, expedited merchant support and the inclusion of niche markets on a global platform.  Not to mention, upon execution of full UI/UX design, the GMM will integrate social media influencers into its shopping experience making it a social commerce.

You mentioned "patent pending" what does that mean?
We were able to file a provisional patent and in 12 months will need to file a non-provisional patent that will include all of the detailed claims of the feature. We were assigned a patent pending number to prove that we may lay claim to our technological invention that makes our platform unique.

Ok, I like where this going... so how exactly are we going to make money?
Product Site- 10% flat commission (sales)
Physical Services- Subscription Packages (monthly/billed annually)
Digital Marketplace- 10% flat commission seller/5% Customer

This sounds promising, what are your plans for the company in the future?
Another great question, upon proof of concept and revenue from phase I as stated above, we will position ourselves to be the MetaVerse destination of the world. We will lock in businesses, consumers and the government. Goat Moves Inc is registered on sam.gov to sell covid-19, DNA and drug testing services to the government , in addition to cleaning services.

We will set up an NFT community and integrate crypto into our purchasing platform. The NFT community will increase brand culture and awareness.

We will tap into the billion dollar online streaming and gaming industries, giving the users what they want after we've given them what they needed.

Then, we go to Wall Street.

Ok, I dig it, so where exactly are you in all of this and where do I come in?
Phenomenal you are.  The platform is currently launched as of 8/2022.  Sellers and customers are able to sign up and use the products and physical services site. The digital marketplace has a waitlist. We have 2 founders and a team of 12 developers that have bootstrapped thus far.

It would be ideal to receive funding like yesterday, launch into US & Canada digital marketing like a week ago and haul ass to fully capitalize off of this holiday season starting with Halloween. This is a great opportunity to bum rush the market because so much of the foundation has already been laid.  With the initial investment of $300k we can consume the markets with a force that no-one saw coming.

You sound very sure, why?
The pandemic created a shift in people that has never happened before. Now more than ever in history with millennials leading the way is the undeniable and unyielding need for ownership of time and freedom. The great resignation has been a clear cultural indication of where peoples priorities are...themselves. I understand people and all their pathologies and I would love to indulge them in a way that will serve their greatest and highest good. People want to be in control of their lives, minimize time spent working and searching for things, people want experiences and we are going to give it to them.
