Local farm to Food Truck. All organic, clean and no hormones, antibiotics, nitrates or chemicals. The Food Truck industry has really become a huge business. There are many opportunities to take your food truck too. From county fairs, car shows, horse shows, auctions, Food Truck Festivals, business parking lots to Town Festivals. I am planning on using local farm products like beef, bison, produce, A2 Milk and local cheese from Minnesota. My theme is 50's diner food, burgers, fries, tater tots, onion rings, various grilled cheese and malts and different pop floats. This is a family run business that my grandchildren will help with and my son and his wife.
