I'm seeking funding or start up capital  for a venture in the hospitality/ food service sector.  its a restaurant/café that specializes in food from the city of Naples and the campagna region of Italy.  The dining experience is a true representation of the culture of the city of Naples and the region of campagna.  Many of the dishes that will be offer on the menu are rarely seen outside of Italy. The décor of this establishment will be a facsimile of the a back alley way of the Spanish quarter section of the city of Naples. where the dinners will have a feeling of dinning  at a local restaurant in Naples.    Many of the food products such as the pasta and certain chesses would be produce in house, by the staff of this establish.   Most of whom were born and raised in Naples, Italy and or the campagna region of Italy.     I  would like this venture to be based  in Franklin, Tennessee, which is a suburb of Nashville  If there are any inquiry to this venture please contact me thru  this web site.
