Our company currently has over 100 active customers in our initial test market in Broward County, South Florida. We have a 68%, 60-day retention rate, $45 per order average, vs $30 in plan and at a 2.4 order per month rate, vs 2 in plan.
Our business model is asset light, which means we do not have to invest in infrastructure or inventory; our delivery cost is lower than any other similar platform and we have zero waste.
Our plan is to operate in 10 metropolitan areas in 5 years with sales of $180 Million and an EBITDA of $28 Million. The total fresh produce market size in the selected area is approximately $5 Billion, and the online portion of this market is $1 Billion.
