Contour Tactics embodies two decades of service to our great nation. Our product design/brand was created out of necessity to provide solutions with multiple combat tours and security services to the US Army, Department of State, Department of Defense, and
Central Intelligence Agency.
During our extensive career with the Military, Private Military, State Department, DOD, and Central Intelligence Agency/GRS, we found that rifle Lights, Lasers, and handguards could be all-encompassing for a more compact design, allowing the end-user ergonomic comfort and control. Our AR rifle grips were designed just for that. We provide the end-user with equipment designed and tested in the field through practical applications. The results provided (research & development) by our military special operations and tactical law enforcement drive our platform design and capabilities for performance. Our current platform for our AR rifle grip is a cross-over from the pistol support hand grip thumb forward to the AR rifle support handguard, keeping with muscle memory under stress.
Our brand logo was born during some of the most challenging times of our lives, and we embraced it. Our mission is to provide a brand, product, and charitable community that leaves a lasting impact, one that is synonymous with the everyday challenges that shape and mold our lives.

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1.1 Product
Contour Tactics provides a first of its kind AR rifle support handguard. Utility and design patented trademark F.O.G - Forward Operations Grip. The FOG sits off access parallel to the bore axis of the barrel on the rifle rail handguard. The FOG is a mirrored image of the semi-automatic pistol support hand grip (thumb over thumb). This style of hand positioning is transferred to the rifle support grip FOG, providing muscle memory for more ergonomic and pragmatic control while transitioning weapon systems. Contour Tactics patented designs for built-in pressure plat switches to include on and off switches to operate lights, lasers, laser-target designators, IR/infrared, single point sling adaptors, GPS, cameras, and range finder integrations.
The branding for Contour Tactics reflects our twenty-plus years of Military and Government protection of people and countries across the world. It reflects the support we provide one another for hope and prosperity. A portion of all proceeds go directly to our non-profit charity/community.

1.2 Customers
Contour Tactics target audience – military warfighters, law enforcement, sport shooting, and enthusiasts. These organizations are continually looking for cutting-edge firearms performance to streamline firearms capabilities. Our physical product helps to manipulate existing tools that support our combat troops (Warfighters) and firearm enthusiasts with a simple platform that eliminates clutter on a handguard AR rifle rail. (our products are not limited to AR rifle rail platforms) Our typical customer looks to streamline the hand placement of the forward rifle rail while accessing and activating lights, lasers, and aiming night vision device switches and such without movement of the hand to various positions, controlling these already existing tools separately while blocking heat transfer of the barrel to the hand.
1.3 What Drives Us
Today's technology is evolving with advancements to better equip and support our military and law enforcement to handle situations that defend and protect our way of life. Our utility patents trained have helped us provide a forward grip design that allows the user to control built-in devices and access existing devices that are formed around the hand for a quicker response, engaging threats while receiving feedback directly from the device. We provide equipment through research and development provided our extensive career with top tier military special operation elite government programs and Tactical Law Enforcement. These driving factors stem from our military combat tours 2004-2005 with OEF & OIF, private military/state department 2006-2010, DOD 2011 and CIA 2011-2022.
The underbelly of what drives us was formed through discipline, which means doing the right thing when no one is around, ultimately knowing our actions support the greater good.
Our brand is to show the world that our actions to bring peace to a people, city, country, or nation were not by force. It was a collective thought process formed by strong men and women to see beyond themselves and focus on true ability through teamwork for progression and moral high ground. Furthermore, we are bringing awareness to the nature of hardships and the upside as to why they exist and why we stay positive to achieve goals more significant than ourselves.
Our brand objective is to be a positive force for generations to come. We have fought in combat for over 20+ years, taking our experiences by overcoming the negative thoughts and actions that try to destroy our mission every day. Overcoming the negative with love, respect, and dedication through trials and tribulations is what makes us who we are.

Contour Tactics is a part of the firearms accessories manufacturing industry. We provide our products to the Central Intelligence Community (Not Active) and stay active with product services required to fulfill missions needs with active security personnel presence around the globe.
Contour Tactics is federally registered with SAM.gov, SBA & Fedconnect.net and provides a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code that identifies Contour Tactics as a supplier with the federal government. We've had consultations with the Department of Defense to register our product and obtain a National Stock Number (NSN) upon request and purchase of our product. Developers of newly designed products like ours usually work with local state and federal government agencies to support new technology to better our military and law enforcement.

• Industry performance has been driven by consumer perceptions and prevailing economic conditions. Purchases of firearms often experience sudden spikes in response to the public's perception of either escalating violent crime in an area or in response to the public's concern that the availability of firearms may soon be restricted by impending legislation
• Consumers have sought to purchase firearms and ammunition ahead of the more stringent regulatory environment - purchases of firearms skyrocketed as the 2020 election neared and in anticipation of the Biden administration – this trend is expected to continue through the outset of the Biden administration in 2021 as consumers stockpile gear and equipment.

We have more growth opportunities with store fronts and websites such as National Tactical Offices Association, Cabela's, Brownells, RifleGear, Rainier Arms, and Impact Guns, to name a few. These will be prime accelerators for point of sales once released to the market. Convention center shows relating to the firearms industry trade association such as Shot Show and those alike will elevate our products and services.
Gun stores had revenue of about $15 billion, IBIS World noted in its 2021 report; sales of rifles are expected to account for 15.5% of total revenue in 2021. According to a 2021 report published by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the number of National Instant Check System (NICS) firearm background checks completed increased 39.9% to 39.7 million in 2020. Surging demand and supply shortfalls have enabled retailers to tack on premiums, contributing to widening profit despite extensive businesses disruptions caused by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic (IBIS, 2021).
Demand for certain long guns has increased over the past five years as a percentage of total industry revenue. One popular rifle design which has grown significantly more popular over the past five years is Armalite Inc.'s AR-15 platform. Not only is this one of the most readily available models, its lightweight, magazine-fed and semiautomatic functionality makes it a popular choice among many professional, recreational and home defense users. Additionally, sales of these types of firearms have risen dramatically over the past five years in response to past and future legislation which may restrict the manufacture and purchase of assault rifles. Growth in spending by state and local government agencies generally coincides with increased funding for law enforcement. The US government, especially the Department of Defense, is a major purchaser of industry products. Nov 9th, 2018 Colt's Manufacturing Company, and FN America were each awarded $88.6 million by the U.S. Army for the production of M4 and M4A1 carbines. With the expenditure allocated for these items, sales and revenue typically grow.
