My wife and I have been running a successful food truck for 2 years now, total 20 years of experience in the Food Industry combined, and are looking to majorly expand the business. We hit 55% profit each month in our personal truck(20k-25k profits), we plan on building every truck we create off of our personal one we run. The system, the ground work, everything will be incorporated into the new business from the single truck we run now. We understand there will be a major structure difference having 20-40 trucks compared to just one. we created a business plan with the structures of the business in there. Anyone we got into talks with about investing we will let them see the business plan and explain more on the matter. We are going for a SBA loan as well as investors, trying to get at it from all angles for a better outcome of getting funded.
