Before I get into the business I would love to tell you a little bit about my story and background. I am a first generation American, my parents immigrated from Mexico City, Mexico when they were pregnant with my older brother at the time they were just 17 years old. My parents worked so hard to get us to where we are now, they would always make sure we had full bellies and take amazing care of us. I only remember stories because I was so young, but my favorite story was having our "feast" on Friday nights where we would walk to the gas station and have at it with $1 hot dogs. They have taught me so much about hard work and dedication, making sure to leave a positive imprint on every single person we meet. I am the 2nd oldest of 6 children. I began in the workforce when I was just 12 years old, not because I was forced to or had to help make ends meet. But because my father showed me a very important lesson when I was young. I remember being in a store and asking him if he can buy me a toy. He told me if I wanted to buy something I needed to work for it, nothing in this life comes for free. That is when i started to go to work with my dad. Obviously could not do the same things he did but i would clean up around the shop and help out with what i could. I still work at the same place, as a 20 year old kid striving with passion to make the next huge company. I will not stop, I am trained to continue to pursue my dreams. When I was 19 years old I joined the US Armed forces, THE Marine Corps. Graduated most physically fit, 2nd highest shooter had the billet of a squad leader and guide at multiple points in the cycle. Was meritoriously promoted and even after boot camp my leadership skills have always stayed as I have been in sports since I was 3 years old, soccer to be exact. My junior year in high school my team was ranked #1 in the nation for the highest division. I had offers from Division 1 colleges but school never intrigued me, business has. The owner of the small business I work for has always told me to work for myself, how working for someone else should not be what I work hard for. With all of my motives and drive, my dreams are bound to come true. Even if it takes years of failing, I will never stop. 

Now that you know my drive and motives behind this future business, let me dive into how it will operate. 

Flip Coin is a website where consumers can go online and gamble with any other consumer (no bots or house always wins) and have a 50/50 chance to win a pot of their choosing. If someone wants to gamble they will simply go onto our website and fill out a form that will allow them to continue to the full website. This form will include such things as age verification and location verification for legal purposes. Then the user will be given an option to purchases "coins" these coins will be available to every user around the world. If a user is not from the United States, their currency will be converted to USD. Each "coin" will be worth exactly $1 USD. After they will join a match that has been posted by another user and the amount of their liking. Or they can also post a match and wait for any other user to join. The user that posts the match, will have the option of choosing heads or tails and the amount they would like to gamble. If a user joins a posted match, they will be given the other side of the coin that was not picked, by default. When someone has joined their posted match or the consumer joined a previously posted match, they will be locked into what we will call the arena. Where both users will be on each side of the screen (ex. user 1 on left.. user 2 on right). The animated coin will be in the middle as a countdown begins from 3, when the counter hits 0 the coin will flip and land on either heads or tails. If the coin lands on heads, the winner who picked heads will win. Also will do the same with tails, if it lands on tails, the user who picked tails will win the pot. We will install a safe lock onto the website where once the users enter the arena they are 100% locked in. No matter if they try to leave, try to turn off their computer or close the tab. The website will play and payout to the winner. If someone wants to take down their bet before heading into the arena, we will have a default setting on the website where if a match is posted, it will not show to other users for 3 minutes. So the user will have 3 minutes to take their posted bet, off. If the user does not like the default setting they can simply go into their settings and change the "delayed post" time to their liking. When a user is ready to cash out they will click the "pay out" tab. No matter if the user had played or not, if they purchased coins, the website will take 10% of all pay out tabs. If the business taps into just 1% of the market this will be the next huge business.  

We will use all money to help get started with purchasing an extremely safe website with many factors. Such website as competitors that have ways to prevent any legal issues, it will cost anywhere from $100,000 to $150,000. Then cost of advertising and any legal issues will be reviewed by a lawyer. All funds after that I will be putting in myself. I am willing to fully invest into this company. If I do not raise past my goal, I still need sufficient funds to advertise. This ties very strongly into my core values, I have seen so many wealthy people who either ruin their lives or blow money on completely ridiculous items. Since the day I could remember I have prayed and promised if I were to be blessed with such opportunity I would give to those who need. My plan is take a portion of my earnings and help with shelter and provide jobs for our homeless problem in America. The way I plan to structure this is since the business will really only need to spend money on advertising and keeping the website maintained, our margins will be incredible. With that being said, I will start a sister foundation that will create a housing facility for the homeless fully equipped with many things including basic things just as a college campus would. My goal would be to move the homeless in and get their life back on track. I will give them housing, food and a steady paycheck to help clean the oceans and local public places. This way not only will we be changing the lives of many people by giving them a second chance, but also help clean the environment. This is the goal. After getting this business really moving, I will contribute my time into making this the next big step in humanity. Bringing jobs, help clean the world, help people and  the economy.  One Flip At A Time.
