Building on his techniques and training in classical French cooking and a robust mastery of various global cuisines, Chef Michel is indeed one tough master chef with multi-dimensional skills in European and Asian cuisines.
He has tempted his patrons with a synergy of dishes that truly bespoke his infamous unorthodox artisanship, just the way he pleased the palates of countless diners from far and wide during his previous stints as Chef in hotels and restaurants in Lourdes, Paris, London, Honolulu, Bali, Kaohsiung, Shanghai, Tianjin, Kuching, Kuala Lumpur and Manila, among other cities in Europe, America and Asia.
Seeking Funding to Sustain Business & Social Impact on Community
Eurasia started off strong business-wise with a loyal following in the Quad Cities of Northern Arizona as the only restaurant that can offer a myriad of European and Asian cuisines. In less than two years, we have developed a loyal following among locals and tourists alike. The current economic crisis, high interest rates and high prices have however sapped local domestic demand and eating out has become a luxury buy as we have seen a pullback in consumer spending everywhere. In the course of our operations amid these trying times, we have incurred loans to sustain our business as well as to pay out a carry-back debt from purchasing the restaurant from its previous owner. Without these debts, our business would be profitable and sustainable.
The reimbursement of the restaurant purchase is weighing down our operating costs. At first this was manageable but since the downturn we find it hard to keep up with expenses as people have less disposable income to dine out. A long term funding option with lower monthly reimbursements would greatly help. We could also use some capital for new restaurant furniture and carpeting to enhance the appeal of the restaurant .
We especially need funding to continue providing for our team on our payroll as well as to carry out our mission of bringing ethnic food cultures to Northern Arizona.
We take great pride in creating a positive social impact in our community by providing livelihood for individuals in recovery or restoration programs including those struggling out of addiction or alcoholism. We exist as a business to help people navigate the struggles of life to find a sustainable sense of hope, meaning, and purpose.
