I design and Build Large scale RC airplanes, I build the plugs and than fabricate the molds to make new parts.  Those are High-end products.

I have a order for 50ea airplanes from a company in the USA. The company I want to buy will provide me with cash flow in the short run and add value to my epoxtworx projects.
The laser cutting business that want to acquire has also the potential to fabricate other products other than the RC world.
The timing is right at this moment, because China can not provide the requested goods anymore. The high end producer in the US are relying on China for their products and are prisoners of the supply chain problems at this time.

A note to investors. I don't need the full 50K.
