History and Background

Parents  In  Action  was  founded  in  2000  by  Rolando  Bini  with  the  purpose  of  providing  vocational  training  to Latino immigrants.
Please see https://www.empirenyc.org/rolandobini for the lifelong curriculum vitae of Mr. Bini.

Since inception Parents in Action have trained over 25,000 students. In 2022 2,500 students graduated from our three training centers. Parents in Action has a high
profile in the American Latin community helped by its long history, and its two radio shows on WPAT am and Radio Impactor 105.5 fm.
Parents in Action is the third largest training center in the New York area specializing in OSHA courses.

With the recent influx of 51,000 Latin immigrants there is an opportunity to substantially increase the number  of students enrolling on our courses. The Empire Human Resources Group Venture Capital 1, LLC allows us to  take advantage of this opportunity. Successfully raising our $1 million target will allow us to fund over 10,000  additional students.

We  will  look  to  launch  additional  tranches  of  funding  through  a  series  of  Empire  Human  Resources  Group
Venture Capital funds.
For    more    information    on    our    training    centers    please    visit    Parents    in    Action    at    our    website

EMPIRE HUMAN RESOURCES GROUP VENTURE CAPITAL  1, LLC  is managed and operated by
EMPIRE HUMAN RESOURCES GROUP INC,
(referred to herein as the “Manager” or “Investment Manager”or “E.H.R.G.”), a New York corporation formed in New York State in 2022. The Managers offices are located at
9542 41 Ave, Lower Level, Elmhurst, New York 11373, Telephone: 929-602-3848.

As the nation recovers from the Covid Pandemic the minority community in New York City has been especially hard hit. The service sector, especially the restaurant industry laid off tens of thousands of workers, almost all of whom were minority members. These layoffs led to homelessness, divorce, and quality of life issues for tens of  thousands  of  minorities.  Recently  over  31,000  asylum  seekers  of  Latin  origin  arrived  in  New  York  City.  The EMPIRE HUMAN RESOURCES GROUP VENTURE CAPITAL   1, LLC, is designed to help alleviate the suffering of these Latinos.Rolando Bini, the Founder of Parents in Action, recognized the need for Housing, Employment and job training.  Mr.  Bini  created Housing  Opportunities  for  Latin  Americans,  Inc,  giving  rise  to  the  creation  of  the Empire  Human Resources Group Inc, and 5BoroughDevelopment, Property Development program(s).

The EMPIRE  HUMAN  RESOURCES  GROUP  VENTURE  CAPITAL  1,  LLC aims  to  support  the  community  by providing essential skills and employment to Latin American immigrants through its vocational courses. Most significantly the program is financing its business by providing investors a 13% annual return over 5 years.
The program is the only one of its kind that offers interest free financing for anyone who wishes to enroll on our courses.Every day 40 students take a 3 day OSHA 30 certification course at our Jamaica, Queens location. Each student is  charged  $500  but  the  majority  cannot  afford  the  course,  this  fund  covers  that  cost.  Once  we  issue  the
recipient's OSHA 30 license, their employer registers it upon hire. The recipient now has 8 weeks to pay off their  loan. If they do not pay, we cancel their license and they become ineligible for employment. In 23 years, no one has ever failed to pay us back.
That is what makes this investment so exciting. An investment backed by an established charity, 23,000 members and a regular influx of 2,500 students annually. The program is designed to provide training to the more than 51,000 recent asylum seeking immigrants. Investors relinquish  their  unit  at  the  end  of  the  five year  term  of  the  program  for  a  full  return  of  their  initial investment. Investors can invest using an IRA or other retirement account. The 13% annual return is paid quarterly with each unit costing $1,000. Investors can purchase multiple units. Each unit funds two students.
