Production of our 100% NON chemical fertilizer begins with an output of 20 tons per hour for 8 hours per day and grows to 30 tons per hour for 16 hours per day.

We take delivery of quarry waste from Vulcan Materials. We use 5 different types of rock powder to assure optimum plant nutrient value. We receive food waste from grocery stores which they deliver for no cost to us. We include Biochar in our blend. We combine all of these ingredients to produce our non-chemical fertilizer. The plant produces 50 tons per hour and at full capacity running 24 hours per day will generate 380,000 tons per year.
