Ember's Wood Oven Lounge

  Casual Fine Dining Restaurant located in a growing Panama City Beach, FL, with a prime location. Conveniently located on  major  highway 98 with accessibility from the international airport. Great foot traffic as the location sits in a shopping plaza. Ember's Wood Oven Lounge  will be centered around a custom made wood fire grill and oven. Featuring a casual fine dining experience with a farm to table hospitality .  Smoke, fire, wood, and embers is the overall theme and is implemented in the design as well. Location is built to suit with one hundred, sixty-two seats.
This concept builds it's clientele by honoring the food in a sustainable way. Sourcing from local farms, creameries, and markets  is the standard that this concept will have.  
  Target demographic are the tourists whom desire a respectable high quality meal in an area where no other restaurant is available and local who wish to have an incredible meal close by.
Developing a company culture where the staff will say "I don't have to go to work, I get to go to work," is how this concept will retain experienced staff. Incentives will entice staff to promote higher sales and further progress themselves while simultaneously progressing the restaurant.  
  Ember's Wood Oven Lounge is developed by Marc Levesque and Herbert Acosta Jr (Owners), to fill a void in this tourist beach city.  As professionals who have worked in this industry for a combined forty years together,  both owners seek to provide the highest of quality hospitality available. Word of mouth is already buzzed and media channels have been accessed for marketing.  Ember's Wood Oven Lounge is to cater to the newer food and beverage scene with creative and exotic foods and a clientele that will pay for it. 
This concept has the potential to be the best restaurant in the area.
