I have developed the "Lava Lamp 2.0", a stunning innovative light line using LEDs, sea glass, gem stones, and specialty glass. With Bluetooth app control, 5v USB power, and extreme versatility - EVLs have a widespread demographic appeal and potential to become the "next big thing" in home lighting. With the right partner(s) in place, and my ability to maintain a sustainable creative advantage over any forthcoming competition, SGL LLC will become a household name in home LED lighting industry. We will aim to dominate the $2.5 billion domestic market and $20 billion annual global indoor LED "lamp" market that has a forecasted 13.4% CAGR to 2027. 

The Sea Glass Lights LLC business model is intended to provide consumers with an unparalleled home lighting experience. While the initial versions of SGLs were built with genuine sea glass, the product line has been expanded to include manufactured glass, Fire Glass Lights (FGLs) and Clouded Glass Lights (CGLs) and to include natural gemstones, Terra Gem Lights (TGLs). A campaign video is available to view the lights upon request. Our product line is highly customizable using a white or clear base (sea glass, frosted glass, fire glass or quartz) with accent colors selectable from each medium to create blends unique to each customer. There are currently 9 functional prototypes in my possession. 

There are two distinctions that should be made about the product line we will manufacture. The direct orders through our website will be custom creations by the customer detailed in the Consumer Experience section in the SGL business plan. Along side these we will also be creating a mass production models to be distributed through major retailers of our more affordable CGL and FGL models.

The wide variety of models and portability allow for endless applications beyond just a light at home. From wedding centerpieces, to office and reception or waiting room décor, from night club or bar accent pieces, to your child’s night light, from high society interior designs to a night out camping. The diversity of lighting enhances or evokes the desired mood and each type of light (SGLs, FGLs, TGLs, CGLs) have their own distinct character. With the ability for our customer to choose their medium, vessel, accent color, and accent design, our lights will be like nothing ever offered.  Each custom order will be unique - a strong marketing angle. 

SGL will have a 2 phase roll out. 

Phase 1 is expected to last 10 to 12 months after launch, followed by Phase 2, which is expected to be an additional 10 to 12 months. Once the budget is allocated for Phase 2, a quarterly shareholder dividend will be paid out. This is expected to begin the 2nd quarter of 2022.

SGL has a goal of a quick global market scale up.  After establishing a manufacturing facility in Northern California, product and process refinements will be made and SGL LLC will launch new facilities as needed to meet demand. Our intention is to reinvest maximum capital during Phase 1 to support marketing and manufacturing expansion.

I am seeking two potential levels of investment for this project as I can see two routes to success. The first option would be a capital investment of $50k to launch a "near completed" crowdfunding campaign and hire a firm (Gadget Flow) to market the campaign which would set a goal of $100k in pre-sales which would finance Phase 1 as well as start immediate branding as well as manufacturing and supply chain set up. The following is the capital allocation for a $50k investment in exchange for 12.5% equity of SGL LLC:

The second option of investment would be for $300k+ and a team of professionals to handle the business side of the initial Phase 1 build up while I pour my efforts into product development for Phase 2 and creative advertising directions. The budget for this would be set by your team, but would obviously allow for a faster scale up and of course the crowdfund campaign would still run to add to the capital invested. This would be for a 42% equity share of SGL LLC.

A road map, business plan, drafted crowdfund campaign access is available to interested parties where sections about the Phase 2 line of products are withheld along with a few key marketing strategies as protection for myself and the future plans of SGL. I am NOT requiring NDAs as long as I can verify your company/person holds a good reputation and can provide references. It is important to understand that I, the creator of the EVL line, have little business experience in the retail world and limited time to put into numbers, research, and projections. My background is heavy in audio and video production and having creative visions for marketing and product development. I figure "knock-offs" versions are inevitable and probably quite soon. It will be key to get to market fast as well as begin development on my 2.0 line to keep ahead of the competition. It is conceivable that with the proper team and capital in place, we could be in full production mode in as little as 3-4 months.

In the early 70s, the Lava Lamp was selling over 7 million units globally. 50 years later, with globalization at its peak and a population that has since doubled, the potential for SGL LLC to become the next "fad" lamp is there.
