Elderberry business looking to begin a beverage line after positive market feedback.
We began offering a variety of cold ready to drink beverages to pivot with Covid and other elderberry producers at local farmers market. The result was a resounding success with customers returning weekly just to grab a drink to go. We have preliminary data based on farmers markets, but they are not complete as many sales were not recorded if the customers paid in cash. I have researched and found a company in California that can patent and perfect the recipes
For scalability as well as source ingredients and help find distributors. I am looking for $50k to fund the start to finish process of our first beverage.
