I need financial help to grow my Agency with location, leads, appointment companies and marketing. I opened this agency from scratch with no business loan or cash on my pocket about a year ago. I'm still in the process of growing since I don't have any partner and just one company appointed for homeowners. I have different options and offers and how to grow my business by either: Buying a book of business and/or contract with other agencies which provide with leads, current book of clients and companies appoints for a fee. I also need to rent a small office space as per required for some insurance companies. I started my business based on Leads from known people or previous customers from my past job. I also marketed my business by leaving my business card in places such as supermarkets, laundries and house doors where is allowing soliciting, beauty salons, friends etc.
Since the majority of Insurance Companies are closing down for business in the State, all consumers have only one option to insure their homes, (Citizens) and I am already appointed with this company, but I need more carriers to offer to my clients. It is difficult for me to appoint with more carriers because they require at least two years in business. I would like to target commercial insurance as well such Truck Insurances. I have over 17 years of experience, worked for Allstate Insurance since 2005, managed Allstate from 2019-2021, worked for Freeway Insurance since 2017-2019 managing an Agency in West Palm Beach, worked for South Florida Casualty as a Commercial Account Manager and there is no doubt I was born for this. Please help to pursue my dreams, I am not asking for too much.
