I am starting an electronic resale business geared primarily towards PC gaming towers. But that will also accept resale of cellphones, tablets, and laptops.

This is an extremely exciting offer because there are only four semi-major competitors in the industry and there are no companies that purchase used PC gaming towers. This would be the first of its kind to reach this niche and therefore the business has immense potential.

A high-end gaming tower frequently becomes obsolete within 2 to 4 years, with AAA games bringing that number down to just 1 to 2 years as minimum hardware requirements continue to increase. This forces the average gamer to upgrade their tower constantly and to build premade towers instead of parting out. Building a pc tower is a very technical process and parts costing hundreds to thousands of dollars, it can be awfully expensive if you do not have the required expertise.

I am fully prepared to hit the ground running with this business model, as this is a design that I have used previously to successfully grow other eCommerce sites. I have a dev quote for a website, I have met with realtors, and I have an appropriately sized warehouse ready to be rented, as well as many other aspects of the business that are ready to go. I have done the market research, know my customer base, and have a marketing plan of attack prepared.

As for my background, I have been building businesses since I started working in the eCommerce industry. I built a high-end clothing apparel company to 7 figures in under 3 years. I worked directly with BMW to build out its parts Ecommerce program for dealerships to meet their quarterly bonus. Then I spent 4 years working in the private equity world focused on eCommerce business. After being headhunted for from my first private equity position, I was made Director of Operations at Karta Ventures overseeing and growing seven portfolio companies, all of which reached 7 to 8 figures.
