DSM Land, LLC's mission is to acquire open space and/or arable land with significant conservation potential in order to generate profits through property rentals, regenerative agricultural product sales, and health/wellness services while simultaneously providing focused public access to the land for innovation, education, research, health and human services. In 2022 we completed phase one of Project Weaselskin with 180 acres of mixed used agricultural and forest land placed into a land conservation easement and returned $1.15 M to investors with them still receiving ROI at 10% profit share. Currently, we are looking for investors in order to expand with phase 2. This phase includes 400 additional acres with 200 agriculturally producing acres, a 10 acre wellness center, 2 rental residences, and commercial shop revenue streams.
Investors may either be part of the primary large land acquisitions for the easement expansion, or secondary investments into a specific parcel revenue production partnership. The land acquisition fund will need to total $10 Mil for complete purchases . Secondary partnerships into agriculture or wellness center partnerships can start at $500K
