Dominick’s Italian Steakhouse will bring a new dimension to the New Canaan restaurant scene.
Specializing in great Italian cuisine, the addition of specializing in Prime Beef and fresh Seafood, will offer customers more options to enjoy and no matter how many different types of food a group of diners would want, they will find it here. A restaurant that will offer several offerings of food for every pallet. 
Dry aged Prime meats are the trend of today. Steakhouses though out the decades have always been on the top of the restaurant customers’ list. The go to for all occasions. 
No restaurant in New Canaan has had this concept until now. With Chef/owner Joe LaViola’s great reputation for the finest in preparing Italian cuisine will go hand in hand with the addition of Dry Aged Beef and Seafood to the great menu and in addition to Veal and Chicken dishes to house made Pasta, Bread and Desserts.
When you enter the restaurant, you will immediately feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The focal point will be the Fireplace at the center end of the dining room. The dining room will have a variety of table sizes to accommodate any number of dinner guests. In addition will feature a 12-stool bar where customers can enjoy their favorite drinks along with a great dinner. 
 The restaurant will feature Lobster Friday. 2 lb. Crab stuffed Maine Lobster, 16 oz. Lobster Tail, along with other specials. 
Saturday night’s specials will feature Osso Buco Milanese, Prime Rib, along with other specials.
Sundays will feature, Sundays at Aunt Mary’s. Offering will be a 5-course dinner. Served Family style for parties of 2 or more. Plus, our regular menu. 
We will have fresh fish daily, a great addition to our menu. On weekday nights a variety of specials will be offered. 
Lunch will include regular menu entrees along with specials for a light lunch. In addition, on Saturday and Sunday we will serve Brunch.
Catering will also be available to our customers.
Our menu has many entrees not found on any other restaurant menus along with traditional entrees. This makes our restaurant far apart from other restaurants in the area. 
The finest cuisine, friendly and courteous service, provisions bought from organic and local farms. Only the best purveyors available will get our business. The quality of our food is most important. 
Our goal is to offer the finest entrees at affordable prices to our customers. Consistency is the secret to having customers returning week after week. Repeat business and regular customers will bring in their friends and relatives when they come to New Canaan. As time goes on, business will continue to grow. As a Chef/owner you never want to take anything for granted. My goal will always be to improve our food, service and the entire restaurant.
