Start-up business that offers commercial flooring estimating outsourcing and business operations consultancy, let me explain my concept and model:
 
Services rendered can be on a per plan - per project pricing in terms of scoping and taking-off estimates, proposal generation, vendor pricing and negotiation, pre-construction , and eventually the option of project management of individual projects to ensure maximum profitability of clients in the Commercial Flooring Sub-Contractor Industry. The target market is Start-up to Medium Sized Commercial Flooring Companies that are restricted in manpower budgets on their overhead. This in turn provides us with a steady pool of dedicated manpower to ensure we deliver the commitments in our contracts and service offerings.
 
Moreover, the idea behind the consulting arm would also help develop and train current estimating team members on a more structured and consistent approach in proposal generation, scope reviews and P&L management.
 
With limited real estate for affordable office space and the current changes on finance and collections in the construction industry, companies of this size struggle immensely in terms of maintaining stability in their overhead to ensure their current estimators would not seek greener pastures.  With package pricing for services, cost savings would be flexible and can be easily affordable. 
 
The model involves an alliance of independent individuals that offers similar services to the industry and giving them an opportunity to reach more potential clients through  DIV9EST. Moreover, we are training and certifying individuals who wants a shot at learning the construction industry's business by training them in a professional setting with a structured and consistent approach.
 
Currently we have one company that outsourced all their back of house operations to us so they can focus on just the actual installation and execution of their contracts.  We have at least 2 more companies who are currently subscribing on a per-need, per-plan cost basis. Consistent volume and revenue have been recorded and using this capital and perhaps an LOC can help scale the business for DIV9EST to gain more profit and more clients on retainers to support this outsourcing business.
