I am wanting to start a order and pickup only contactless lunch and dinner service. Especially with this Corvid 19 virus going on and not wanting to go away anytime soon. People are being cautious about going inside and sitting around other people who may be carrying this virus. I will serve Mexican-American food made fresh everyday and placed in biodegradable take out containers. I will start with just a few items on the menu. Tamales, Enchiladas, Tacos, beans and rice. Customer will be able to order my favorite pork chilli, which will come with a side order of beans and Spanish rice. The Tamales, Enchiladas and Tacos will be offered by the dozen or in a combination of a Tamale and Enchilada or a taco with a side of beans and Spanish rice. Also chips and salsa. Customer will be able to call in to place their order and come to the drive up window to pay and pickup and take home to their family or sit in the park and enjoy the outdoors. I will have 3 experienced ladies preparing the food and 1 taking the payment and getting orders out as well as myself. I plan on adding more items onto the menu and possibly provide a mobile food truck to increase sales as the business grows. We will also add a catering service. I also plan on adding an order online service where we will get a printout of the order to prevent a mix-up on orders. Also in the near future an outside food court, so the guest can sit out front of the building, providing this pandemic passes. Cooking is what I love to do. This is something I have always wanted to do. I just need help with startup capital. I also have a business plan on PowerPoint slides.
