Executive Summary for NLE Processing Labs

NLE Consulting Group Inc. was created by Tony Hines. For the last fifteen years Tony Hines and NLE has spent most of its efforts designing and testing the approved technology. That knowledge has been used to enhance and to improve The Thermal Cycling Technology. In September of 2022 upon the death of Mr. Masyada, Tony Lago joined NLE as a partner.

Upon the death of Mr. Masyada, the two remaining associates who had spent the better part of the last twenty years working daily and closely with Mr. Masyada acquired the technology under NLE Consulting Group. This was done through a foreclosure of a lien that had been placed on the equipment, the technology, the patents, all marketing materials, and the marketing contacts. Me and the other associate are the only people that know the technology. NLE now owns everything that was developed.

The last year before Masyada died, He, Tony Lago and Tony Hines developed a new and major improvement on the technology that would allow it to improve the performance and life expectancy of more materials and not be limited to certain metals. This new hardware and software improvement is the basis for a new patent that will be filed in the coming weeks. This new technology improvement is called "Deep Temperature Frequency Modulation". It has the potential to improve the life and performance of metals and other materials including certain polymers and fibers. We have improved Carbon Fiber, Graphite, and Basalt.

The market is enormous in the industries that rely on various metals for strength and longevity. Typically, these metals are subjected to harsh conditions like stress, abrasive wear, and corrosive environments. The "Deep Temperature Frequency Modulation" or DTFM can remove impurities in the metals and other materials and make them significantly stronger.

Some of the industries that we have had great success in are listed below:

1.      Mining and drilling equipment associated with that industry. Including rock crushers.

2.      Vehicle brakes. Including severe duty brakes. Original Equipment Manufacturers.

3.      Vehicle parts, including transmission and engine parts. Original Equipment Manufacturers.

4.      Concrete block molds and other equipment in the cement industry.

5.      The restaurant and food processing industries include cutlery and meat grinders.

6.      All industries have to maintain sharpness of their cutting equipment.

7.      The medical and dental industries. The DTFM technology mitigates the colonization of bacteria on surgical tools.
