The Domaine des Crafts is willing to purchase 4 properties North of California to reunite into a large domain with over 270 acres agricultural lands, vineyards, two large houses and the development of 12 tiny homes, an outdoor theater and 118 units affordable housing. The 118 units will be built within a demonstration program involving 7 years of R&D.
We are raising $$7,078,702 with a Venture Capital LLC divided into 7700 shares. We will sell those shares to 20 families who will purchase 385 shares each, what gives them the possibility to live on the property during 7 years, full time, protect their children and protect their asset with increased revenue from their investment.
Our initial investor will gain $621,298 after all 20 families move in and each family will make 4.47% profits ($17,231.15) during the 7 years living on the property. By living on the property, the families will secure our assets in order to get federal loans in 2021 to build the 118 units housing. Total cost to build 118 units is $14,499,840 for 113,280 sqf of residential units and co-working areas.
Our innovation comes from the social approach and financial mechanism that we put together to develop housing and support small businesses.
