We, (my fiance and I), have a short-term investment opportunity with a 300% ROI of four months or less. We are requesting a $150,000 investment to finance a retrieval of an inheritance of 350 kg in gold from storage. My fiance already made a trip to London to retrieve a gold bar from storage to pay for the storage, insurance and other documentation fees of her father's inheritance to her. The storage company refused entry to her and demanded full payment of the fees and insurance up front in order to release the property. We have the Last Will of her father and the storage company's inventory of the gold bars, but we don't have the necessary funds for retrieval. We are being generous with our ROI for investors as we realize the risk involved but we are very serious about rewarding an investor for their faith in our purpose. A $150,000 funding amount will return $450,000.

Please let me reassure you that this is not a scam operation to squeeze anyone out of their money for a shady purpose. We are two people who are on a quest to accomplish a legitimate goal. Susan's father was a precious metals and diamond dealer who left his fortune in gold to her upon his death. The gold has been stored in a secure facility for some time and has a large storage fee attached to it that needs to be paid in order to retrieve it. It also has insurance and other fees attached to it. Unfortunately, we do not have the wherewithal to cover those expenses and must seek outside help to achieve possession of the gold.

We are both believers in paying it forward and we are offering a large return on any funding that we acquire to do just that, pay it forward. This will assist you in having additional funds for your own efforts to pay it forward. We also have intentions of using our good fortune to partner with a Venture or Angel Fund to support new entrepreneurs starting out with their businesses.   

We are willing to sign a binding agreement or contract that is satisfactory to both sides with a ROI of $450,000 within four months of signing the document and deposit of the funding amount of $150,000.
