The Problem to Solve

Business Owners & Government Executive leaders are faced with the immense challenge of transforming the way we conduct business in the age of technology, virtual work, and the COVID-19 pandemic.  According to the Small Business Administration, 29% of small business fail in the first two years of being open because they do not have access to capital they need to maintain and grow their business. Additionally, 42% of small businesses also fail because there’s no market need for their products or services, which can also translate into a capital shortage. In 2022, Business owners continue to work through pandemic recovery, while facing unprecedented costs associated with inflation and rising interest rates.

As the economy continues to experience difficulties, the need for government leaders to have access to affordable contracting options becomes a critical need as the Biden administration continues to work to reestablish a coordinated Government-wide initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the Federal workforce and expand its scope to include equity and accessibility.

Our Market

Our business focuses on few specific customer groups in our business model. The first, and primary, target of Government Human Capital buyers and medium sized business of 100 - 500 employees. Government buyers in this market are faced with the challenge of recruiting, hiring, and retaining the right talent and need to implement new strategies to address workforce challenges. Private industry clients in this segment will benefit from the full suite of CCS' capabilities as we can help address capital issues to increase cash flow and equity, while developing workforce, marketing, and advertising solutions and perform ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of the money the client is using in the business.

Our second target market is small business owners primarily in the retail and restaurant industries, as well as the general contracting, trucking, and manufacturing. These industry segments are a key target for our business as businesses in this segment continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and are in need of financing solutions such as Merchant Cash Advances, Working Capital, and Unsecured and Asset based loans that are quick to fund.  Additionally, based on our research, many business owners in this segment are generally doing a minimum of $15k in monthly revenue and have more than two years' time in business, which are both key metrics for commercial financing. Additionally, these are business owners who have passed the startup phase, are seeing fairly stable returns in their business and want to use commercial financing to grow and expand their businesses. The final target market of significant focus for CCS are Commercial Real Estate Developers and Investors. While this segment, comprises a small portion of CCS' projected revenue, deals closed in this market segment will result in large commissions in our large deal size sales segment of $2M or more.

Finally, as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a Small Disadvantaged Business, CCS takes a special interest in helping Veteran and Minority Owned Businesses. CCS is creating strategic partnerships with a number of organizations, such as the city of Harrisburg, PA, that are focused on providing education, mentorship, and support to disadvantaged and underrepresented communities. This brings all of CCS' target market areas into focus as we generate finance deals for business owners and partner with real estate developers who are engaged in urban development and revitalization efforts and help government organizations understand and robust workforce management plans.
