I created and patented a first to market filled hash brown bite in 2017. I followed that up with a first to market crispy filled Swiss cheese filled fondue bite. Today marks an extraordinary milestone in the journey of our company. We stand on the cusp of revolutionizing the food service industry with the introduction of our patented, first-to-market filled hash brown and Swiss cheese fondue bites. We have had success in national retail banners over the last 5 years. I knew that a smaller hand held in hot case convenience stores would resonate. That proved correct as Circle K gave us an opportunity to launch a limited time offer in 600 of their Midwest stores. They offered a 2-piece grab and go over an 8 week period in the summer. We exceeded 400% over their forecast at a 55% margin which proved our new model. We grossed $700k. There are 120k convenience stores nationally. We have since pivoted 100% out of retail with focus on foodservice opportunities exclusively.

With the unveiling of our new 60,000 square-foot food production facility outside of St. Louis, Missouri, we are poised to catapult our business from $3.4M in 2024 to an astounding 50,000,000 by 2027. This expansion will enable us to meet the growing demand for our innovative products and solidify our position as leaders in the industry.
