Continuing Education Records & Resources, Inc.

CER&R was founded to develop a safe and secure website for licensed professionals subject to mandatory continuing education for relicensure and/or certification by state and/or national agencies and organizations.  We successfully raised $432,000 between 2013 and 2018 for the development of a website where licensed professionals could obtain information, have access to courses, have a safe, secure storage location, a compliance reminder, and an audit response system.  The website went through three iterations and soft launches to accurately assess consumer needs.  The proverbial "one stop shopping experience" ultimately was not what licensees wanted.  We launched a third fund raising round just as the pandemic struck in 2020.  For the next two years we assessed and reassessed what the licensees actually wanted.  The results indicated licensed professionals only want a self managed storage for their continuing education documents and certificates and a compliance reminder mechanism.  
A new website design has been developed consistent with the feedback CER&R received.  The decision was made to market the website to the professional organizations for elementaryt and secondary school teachers.  There are approximately 2.1 teachers in the United States.  We will utilize this population to establish the success of the company and it will then be made available to all licensed and certified professions in the United States.  With an established success rate of at least three percent market penetration, CER&R will be sold to a social media or educational technology buyer capable of taking the website to the next level.
CER&R is seeking $60,000 for the creation of the website and $90,000 for marketing to professional organizations or teachers.
The management team consists of the President/CEO Patricia Evans, a well respected educator and organizational consultant and one of the original founders of CER&R; Kent Levi, Owner of HOSTPROSUSA, who developed the design for the new website and will be the project director; David Hayes, PT, and Robin Wand, PsyD--original founders and oficers of the company; Kathryn Safford, MD, investor and Vice President; and Jack Hobbs, investor and member of the Board of Directors.
