Commander Roof, LLC will be the licensed dealer of RoofMaxx roof rejuvenation for three (3) territories in the Southwest Florida market - Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Estero.

 

The product is a patented FDA approved soy based oil product that is sprayed onto asphalt shingles.  One application gives a shingle roof another five years of life, the application can be transferred to a home owner during a sale, and the product is guaranteed for five years.  A replacement roof on a 2,000 square foot house can cost $12,000 or more.  One application of RoofMaxx will cost a homeowner approximately $3,000 for a 2,000 square foot house.  The dealers currently in operation are seeing an average of 40%+ net profit margins.

 

In Southwest Florida, there are homes that need life added back to their shingle roofs particularly from damage from sun, wind, and storms.  Most homeowners don't want to go thru the hassle and expensive cost of replacing their entire roof - with the RoofMaxx application their roof can look brand new and be given another five years of life.

 

There are over 150 dealers throughout the United States and the Florida market is the largest.  Some dealers are doing $3-4M / year with three territories.  RoofMaxx helps with marketing but I have already secured a relationship with one of the largest media groups who do electronic and physical mailers based on consumer data they oversee and manage for national big box stores, media/cable companies, and home improvement stores.

 

Short term goals include booking 6-7 jobs per week.  I already have three individuals who are skilled laborers with construction and roofing backgrounds.  Each application takes about two hours to complete and we can schedule times with customers in a flexible manner.  There are over 150,000 homes in the three territories Commander Roof will be the exclusive dealer for - this does not include commercial buildings and multi-family units.  I believe we can conservatively have $1M in sales in the first 12 months with an estimated net profit of over $400,000.
