A gathering place for local business professionals in the downtown area. Circle Double B is also a local bar for the young college nightlife. Currently there are no bars or meeting places in our downtown area, the only one we had closed as the owner retired. The building I am looking to purchase is in a prime location with excellent frontage on the main street in town. Demographics show a population over 16,000 in a 10 mile radius and over 40,000 in a 20 mile radius. Also we have 2 colleges in the area and a lack of public entertaining and drinking establishments.
