Chealey Solutions LLC

We are a rapidly growing property preservation company here in the Metro Atlanta area. We are in need of an investor(s) to help us secure funding for equipment and crews to fully service our hotel & retail store contracts and future prospects too.  We are presently in a six-figure contract with Extended Stays America and we provide landscaping, tree service, gutter cleans, and a host of other services.  Moreover, we also have acquired a contract with a company called Trans Blue in which we provide snow removal and de-icing services for 4 local area Walmart stores.  In addition to the fore mentioned accounts, we have a plethora of accounts which we provide turn key cleaning, rental home turn overs, emergency repairs, and landscaping.  Those companies include Lessen, American Homes 4 Rent, and a host of private clientele and realtors.  Chealey Solutions is now gearing up to expand into receiving government contracts as we have recently hired a firm that specializes in preparing our company for and placing bids on contracts that best suit our company.  In closing, currently growth is happening so rapidly that we can't keep up with the demand. Therefore - we need to acquire more equipment and hire our own employees as we rely now, solely upon 1099 contractors to do the work.  One of our primary goals is to change the way we hire by incorporating a program to give felons a chance to redeem their quality of life with legal means.  It is important to Chealey Solutions LLC, that we be a part of humanitarian efforts that helps to strengthen the area of how convicted felons enter back into society. We have found that many who are wanting to re-establish themselves are not given a fair chance to elevate above their past.
