I'm Jeff Hinderscheid, and I am from a small rural town in the heart of California's Central Coast. I have a BA in Drama from UC Irvine, and a MA in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health Administration from the University of the Rockies. Since 2010 I have also worked with children building art programs and theater productions for the community, starting the Children's Musical Theater program at Sol Treasures, of which I am also now the Executive Director of after over five years on the board of directors. During that time, I also worked in the public government sector, giving me a unique view of society's harshest realities, and some of the most beautiful moments of healing through the arts. 

After an 11 year career at Monterey County Department of Social Services, six of which were spent as a social worker with aging and disabled citizens and vulnerable families and children in child welfare, my heart was pulled towards the reality that my contribution was not making things change at the rate I wanted them to. I felt compelled to do more, and decided it was time to become an entrepreneur so I could make a larger and more lasting impact. I resigned from the county and shifted back to my roots as noted above, and began working on a plan to use all of my education and skills towards the development of a healthier society. Since 2021 I have been the E.D. of a small arts and cultural nonprofit, and have taught psychology at Hartnell college in the evenings, trying to do whatever I can to spread some light within the world of small town living. 

After reviewing all of the skills in my arsenal, I started working towards a plan to become an entrepreneur to help small business owners, as well as those who are desperately trying to grow companies in arts related fields as I believe in the healing power of the arts so wholeheartedly. I started to notice a common thread in all areas of my life, and that was the fact that regardless of masters degrees, PhDs, or thirty years of experience in specific fields, people still were losing business, losing money, and eventually going under. 

That's when I gave birth to my digital marketing agency, Center Stage Global LLC this past year. I realized my authority and leadership were being praised as passionately driven qualities that people were willing to listen to and follow, and I had an opportunity to not only become an entrepreneur, but also genuinely help people. I trained, researched, and become educated on how Google analytics, Search Engine Optimization, and consistent social media representation through positive content could change a business within a short period of time, and now, I offer that to business owners of all sizes. 

Our goal as a digital marketing agency is geared towards bringing small business owners into a place of internet confidence and high competitive online reputation. Everyone deserves to see the vision of their business reach it's fullest potential, no matter how small or underexperienced in the virtual world. Rather than spending $35-$75 thousand per year on one employee to manage social media or update a website, my agency offers an entire team that can manage all of a businesses online needs so they don't have to, and all for an affordable monthly fee that is inferior to the HR, payroll, and overwhelming responsibility of hiring just the right person to try to manage it all. We build websites, maintain analytics, manage and build SEO, and develop content for the entire online presence. At CSG, we work with our business owner clients to create a custom package intended to focus on their specific pain points to roll out consistent ongoing content, campaigns, and education to through the world of digital marketing. When they work with CSG, our clients get a partner that takes the weight off their shoulders, and constantly works towards getting their webpage at the top of search lists, bringing in more clients, and putting their business into the spotlight where it belongs. 

For the sake of being thorough, I feel it's important to add that this is not where I will stop. I am working on writing a book that will be specifically about the incredible challenges we all face in the new world of technology, and how to navigate it personally and professionally, to the benefit of my clients, their families, and their businesses.

With my own capital I have built my company, and now with the help of  investors, I am confident in my ability to fully explode onto the scene so that my love for my small town, the beautiful county of Monterey, and all the amazing people on California's Central Coast allows for business owners to feel proud of their companies, and no longer live in fear of shutting down all because they were not able to keep up with the digital world.
