Casitas Amigas LLC is seeking to acquire 781 and 883 Rocky Mountain View, Divide, CO, a beautiful 35 acre property with 2 primary residences. There will be immediate rental income by renting one of the residences on Airbnb/VRBO as we expand and grow our vision of Casitas Amigas. We will add 5-7 cabins within the first year, and a rustic yet modern event barn over a period of 3 years. Cabin rentals will range from $150-$500/nt providing a rental potential of $2500/day.
Our team is made up of 4 partners each bringing different skills to the project. Kodie Ketchbaw is the lead creative and visionary behind the business with years of experience in the hospitality and events industry as well as short term rental property experience. She owns and operates K-Bar Events and BubbleBee Bars, both successful mobile bar services in the Denver area and is an expert party and event planner. Sam Clonts will be our Sales Manager for the venue and she comes to us with amazing people skills honed through her experience with Southwest Airlines and has a tremendous ability to connect with clients and gather leads. Joe Ennis has a background in both residential and commercial construction, maintenance and repair. He has the experience and knowledge to oversee our venue and ensure that it is properly maintained and in good condition. Joe’s top-notch carpentry skills and commitment to safety will ensure that our event venue is well-maintained and meets all safety standards. Nat Thompson has over 15 years of experience in the catering industry. His passion for food and attention to detail make him an ideal candidate for managing our catering operations. Nat will work closely with catering vendors to ensure that our venue meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. He is another veteran of Southwest Airlines and his ability to communicate and connect with people is uncanny! We are fortunate to have him on our team!
