Casa del Cava is developing a sustainable $8.7 million independent hospitality estate in the Coachella Valley (CA) just minutes from the Coachella Festivals.

This boutique B&B features 8 bespoke interconnecting villas (27 bedrooms, 44 bathrooms) and 6 event venues, focusing on healthy living and powered by innovative energy technologies that provide off grid power. The City of Indio loves this project because of its self sustaining components as well as its ability to provide much needed "affordable luxury" accommodations and private event space for the Valley. Each villa will is designed as a one or two story modular structure, each with 3-4 bedrooms, 4-6 baths and each including a private pool, spa, multiple court settings, fireplace, fire pit and skydeck. The Architecture: Palm Springs Mid-Century Modern. All residences are fully-furnished and fully-serviced.

  • Building Envelope: Cold framed steel structures with sustainable MgO siding & radiant barriers provide unparalleled thermal insulation.
 
Casa del Cava includes four key business lines, including:

  • Premium Seasonal Rentals: Monthly short lets, potentially serving as a second home. Ecotourism and wellness themed. We expect a good number of repeat clients, especially snowbird travelers.
  • Luxury Vacation Rentals: Fully serviced bed & breakfast to host guests during one of the many festivals, tournaments, conventions and local events on the Coachella Valley annual calendar, as well as corporate and wellness retreats.
  • Private Events: Corporate, benefits and weddings. The final estate site plan is crafted such that a number of residences can open to each other to accommodate larger events. Venues include The Catalan Court, a purpose built 3,000 sq. ft. (net) facility, in addition to the outdoor Cava Park.
  • Guest Experience: Hospitality services including everything from event management, comfort F&B service, wellness & therapies, music/entertainment, an EV chauffeur service – the works.
