My name is YOLETTE RATCHEL-WINSTON and I am from the beautiful island of St-Martin (France) French West Indies, I speak French, English, Spanish, Creole and more and I enjoy interacting with Elderly ones and all class of individuals making sure they have a listening ear, a person they can call a friend especially in difficult times when they have no one to do anything for them. These loved ones are searching for care and love. When I rent my vacation home to them I'll make sure they have everything they need during their visit. I have started out with this lovely vacation home that I have on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com. This home is not just a house but a place you can call your home where you can share memories with friends and family. Over the 4 1/2 years doing this, I had multiple feedback on having more than one place to accommodate Retirees, Elderly and all sorts of clients in need to get vacation care in a most innovative atmosphere. I do have a job working in the medical insurance industry but unable to afford the purchase of a second home due to the rates and the market that has risen tremendously. I make funds by renting out the home, I have maintenance cleaning company that are implemented in the upkeeping of the house.
I see this vision of owning this type of market by generating positive revenue since more and more we can see the need for more care and accommodation on a short and long term basis.
I plan to press forward first by:
1 - Acquiring the property I saw on the market for sale at 10402 N Pawnee Ave Tampa Fl 33617 OR 11403 E Queensway Dr Temple Terrace 33617, cost 550k-650k (If I can get this property through an investor, a donation or any way possible)
2 - Increase my volume of staff for maintenance to 4
3 - Increase my cleaning staff to 6
4 - Work with a Catering company to provide meals
5 - Contract a medical center that can visit if there is a need or have a medical dispatch available at all times.
I would kindly like to request if any investor or person of Good faith can help with the fulfillment of this project in the amount of whatever you can give up to 650k if possible.
