The BusinessCardeon provides innovative tools designed for mental health & wellness and personal development. Our team is equipped and committed to challenge the many failed attempts to solve the growing mental health crisis. Our product captures a users responses to our assessment, performs calculations, aggregates data then incrementally & dynamically builds a custom program for each user based on the initial and ongoing user responses. Not only is this product unlike any other, it targets the root cause of symptoms enabling real change. Aside from taking an entirely different approach, we also bypass many of the challenges related to modern therapy: 50 minute sessions, once a week syncs and insurance roadblocks.
The Market
Our initial target customers are mental healthcare professionals. This TAM is approximately $96M. The mental health crisis continues to grow: suicide rates have risen by 30% since 2000, approximately 65M Americans are taking prescription medications for mental health issues and the market is filled with failed mental health solutions that simply don't move the needle. Primary competitors are Headspace, BetterHelp and Calm.
ProgressAlthough we are currently not generating any revenue, we have a functional native app in production. We have a fully functional back-end, deployment automation & functioning corporate website. In Q1 of 2024, I onboarded 7 advisors and a Chief Clinical Officer. Of the advisors, 4 are doctors specializing in neuroscience & education, psychotherapy and neuropsychology. Our Chief Clinical Officer has over 25 years of field experience and a doctorate in logotherapy. I am currently networking with my advisors to build an initial client list. I have personally invested approximately $40K and several years into this venture.
Future
We’re looking for 12 months’ financing to reach 1,000 subscriptions. Resulting in $96K in revenue over 12 months. The primary need for funding is related to technology gaps that were identified with the help of the advisory board and are essential for a successful go-to-market. While we're currently targeting mental health clinicians and their caseload for end users, we eventually intend to shift to direct consumer as the TAM is considerably larger at approximately $2B. Our goal is to release our necessary software updates by Q4 of 2024 and focus on client acquisition throughout 2025.
