We are the Buttermilk Restaurant Group LLC looking to open the first micro food hall in Santa Fe New Mexico. My partner and I have over 55 years of combined restaurant management and ownership skill sets. Within our micro food hall there will be over 7 food concepts from Korean BBQ tacos to Nashville Fried Hot Chicken to gourmet Popcorn. We will have a beer and wine liquor license that will complement our wide variety of food choices.

Chef Dakota comes from a corporate restaurant and hotel background. Rich Becker is a former Danny Meyer manager and has a strong front of house mentality as well as a keen head for finances.
