OVERVIEW 
Canyon Star Network Inc. (“Company”), a Colorado corporation, was formed in July 2017 for the purpose of developing and distributing Canyon Star Network as an internet delivered Over-the-Top programming service.  The Company seeks potential investors to provide capital for programming production, marketing, salaries and general operating expenses to launch The Canyon Star Network (“Network”) on various national and international internet platforms.  The Network features country music programming, “Americana” lifestyle and general family entertainment, A-list Country Music artists, including "The Joey Canyon Show", Original content, popular western movies, classic television shows, shopping channel, fashion, travelogue and adventure specials, history and more.  The Company has its  headquarters in Nashville, TN.   

The Network will be a combination ad supported and subscription service business that will become the “go to” place for country music and Americana lifestyle programming enthusiasts, creating an engaged social community worldwide.   

The principal sources of revenue for the Network are expected to be subscriber fees, the sale of national/local sponsor ad time, programming fees paid by third party program producers, website sponsors, merchandise sales, concert/events and endorsements, etc.   

  Summary   
The Canyon Star Network was conceived in late 2016 and is designed to monetize a large, underserved video audience while capitalizing on the changing video technology trends.  The Network will be an ad supported and subscription based internet television service delivering content developed to entertain the Country music and “Americana” lifestyle enthusiasts across the United States and internationally. This target demographic is passionate about country music, Americana culture, and traditional American lifestyle content including, but not limited to: western apparel, furnishings, cooking, and general entertainment TV shows.  Further, these enthusiasts are age, gender, and socioeconomically diverse.  The Network’s content will be delivered directly to subscribers over the Internet and the Network’s reach will span the globe.
