I've been a baseball coach for 25 plus years and been involved in travel baseball now for the past 20 years. I recently quit my job of 15 years to host travel tournaments because I do have a large following. It has taken off. I'm making 4x the money I was as a logistics manager and having fun for the first time in a very long time WORKING. I' m paying the city $20,000 a month to use there facilities and there sub par fields. I need to find someone who is willing to build a complex and sit back and let me make us a ton of money. I need approximately 20 or so acres and build 3 to 4 fields to start. We've been is business since July 2020 and have already passed the $700,00 mark. We need an investor who is willing to give us a shot and can see what great thing that could be coming our way.
