Small family owned and operated Automotive Repair Facility. We have been in business for ten years and would really like to buy our own building instead of paying rent every month. We have a very loyal group of customers and are consistently booked two to three weeks out. We were finally able to hire a full time Employee and would really like to be able to keep him working. The money we are asking for will be the down payment for the property in which the owner of the building will carry the remainder at 6% for 15 years. We are trying very hard to keep our business open. Our current Landlords are wanting their property back so we are in a small time crunch as right now we no longer have a lease with them only month to month.
