My goal is to acquire an established (US) business in the HVAC industry by August 23, 2021.
I have a few deals in the pipeline. (4 x EBITDA maximum) and they are pre-approved by the SBA.
I'm seeking 10% to 15% of the full asking price as a down payment. Please let me know if you would like to co-partner with me in this venture.
