1.     Introduction - What your company is and what it does.

Our deep cleaning process penetrates even the toughest stains leaving your carpets fresh, clean and completely dry in about an hour. 2. Your Team - Who is on your team.

The founders of the franchise & their team, myself, and you.

3. Problem - What problem is there and how big is the market.

There’s an excess need for carpet cleaning, upholstery, and air duct cleaning.

4. Solution - How do you uniquely solve that problem.

The pricing is amazing for the system and the founder has a strong team.

5. Business Model - How do you make money.

Doing the work.  Carpet cleaning, upholstery, air duct cleaning, wood floors, tile & grout.

6. Competition - Who is already in the market.

Many competitors, but demand is greater than supply.

7. Your Vision - How will your company own the market.

No need to own the market.  The opportunity can expand from one territory to another.  I.E. Dayton, Fort Lauderdale, and other states.

8. Traction - What have you already achieved.

Equipment is in place, marketing is in place.  The system is built.  The only thing holding it back is having a loan to put initial equipment expenses and marketing on.  I do not want to burn any further cash.

9. Funding Ask - How much do you need to achieve your vision.

$80k as a start, no payments for 6 months.  This allows to put marketing expenses upfront to get the traction.  Many people build these businesses with only $5k, but I will want out and I am very safe/cautious in my decisions. No payments for 6 months to keep initial monthly expenses low.  Once $10000/mo. is established it’s no problem paying it back.  In reality, only $7500/mo. in revenue is needed.

10. Projections - What does winning look like if it all works out.

$120000/yr. in revenue minimum.  It’s cut-and-dry.  Significantly more can be made.

11. Closing Slide - What’s next.

For me, it’s freedom.  I got into this wanting to understand how taking a risk works.  There are many Kwik Drys that make it and there’s over 100 franchises nationally.  There’s also *many* carpet cleaners who want the work.  I tested it out myself.  Training takes 1 week.
