Breaking Boundaries Inc is a startup for a Nationwide Employee Relations and Development Support Resource. Each catalog resouce is county/community specific and created for hourly workforce employees to help them navigate resources and build relationships/support within their community to break socioeconomic distress and generational poverty with in the moment guidance. Each catalog is a roadmap for employees to have access to resources and support that elevate them out of socioeconomic distress supported by their company and community relationships. This level of support will increase company elements including production, safety, engagement and decrease turnover. Each development will include a company specific (branding, policies, benefits, and community relationships) build. Companies that support a large hourly employee workforce will also be provided onsite leadership training to better understand their workforce, provided with branded Employee IDs for community identification and use, and electronic catalogs for employees. Data analysis will also be provided to support internal programs and employee relations. The document will be a live document and updates will include changes to policy, new community relations, discounts, etc. A Community Relations Coordinator will be assigned to each company to support ongoing community support. Business will have ads, discounts, and events listed within the catalog that help support overall community relations. The implementation of each location (an initial investment) will create consistent revenue with the monthly subscription and yearly renewal pricing. Implementation pricing is based on average number of employees.

I have a passion for post graduate success and elevating employees to successfully thrive within their means.
I am looking for funding to employ an initial experienced Sales Rep and Community Relations Coordinator and the development resources to hit the market. The goal is to have a representatives by region in the next 5 years and by state after that. The catalog template is currently in development, as well as the website, and marketing collateral.
