I have been in business since 03/2018. A little over 2 yrs ago I became a certified General contractor in state of Florida. I am looking for an investor that will allow me to expand and capitalize on the current industry need locally in SWFL. We have 2 residential home models, blueprint masters in place and the necessary sub contractors to deliver top of line finished products. I want to get away from operating in a reactionary position of taking anything that comes thru the door and at times lowering prices in order to land project. I would like to begin to operate from an offensive position identifying the type of projects we do and specialize in. I think that in order to create the reputation and fine tune the system I have developed Bonafide needs to be able to focus on target area without being pulled in other directions for the sake of cashflow. This opportunity is truly one of the "it takes the money to make the money" situations. I could easily scale this to where I want over the next 5 to 10yrs without investments, however the market and area demand right now would allow for expediential return and growth over normal industry standard. Raising a minimum of these funds I am looking for would allow Bonafide to have working capitol and not have to take the projects on that  distract from the goal, fund multiple new construction projects at once and capitalize on the unique situation here is SWFL.
