BNG Clean Fuel Corporation

Colorado based hydrogen fueling infrastructure startup with an excellent management team

BNG Clean Fuel Corporation (“BNG”) is a clean energy infrastructure startup focused on the storage, delivery, and dispensing of hydrogen “H2” fuel to trucking fleets and independent operators that are undergoing a transition from high-emission diesel-powered trucks to zero-emission hydrogen-powered trucks.  The transportation sector is now the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in the United States.

The Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA) predicts that by 2030 there will be 1.2 million fuel-cell electric vehicles on the road powered by hydrogen, 4,300 hydrogen fueling stations, and revenue of $140 billion from hydrogen sales supporting 700,000 jobs.

BNG plans to become a major player in providing Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (“FCEV”), and Liquid Hydrogen (“LH2”) fuel needed by large existing trucking fleets seeking to reduce their “carbon footprint” by utilizing abundant, cost-effective, and zero-emission hydrogen.  The only emission from hydrogen-powered trucks using FCEV technology is water.

Hydrogen powered trucks using FCEV technology are rapidly being commercialized by such major manufacturers as Toyota, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvo, Nikola, Hyundai, and others.  Rapid adoption of H2 fueled trucks is occurring in California and Arizona and is spreading across the United States because of emission mandates and economic incentives offered by the federal government and individual states.

BNG has established a key partner/development relationship with Chart Industries (NYSE: GTLS), which provides the best hydrogen production, storage, and refueling equipment in the world.  BNG intends to focus initially on the development a network of hydrogen fueling stations primarily using Chart equipment to service existing high horsepower truck fleets in the Denver Metro area, expanding to the Colorado Front Range, and ultimately to surrounding Rocky Mountain states.

BNG has also identified several other promising US markets that it plans to develop as the Denver market infrastructure is developing.
