What’s in it for you? You will be buying full ownership of the Promissory Notes and Deed of Trust, securing both the property and the debt. You will earn returns plus interest, payable in monthly installments.
Types of Notes we originate:
- Land Only - Market Price, BPO.
- Up to 15 years.
- Rates 6-11%
- Purchaser Credits - ranging from 500 to 750 - Deal by Deal
- Deal Allocation - 100k up to 1M - More or Less - Deal by Deal/Investor by Investor
What are we trying to accomplish? We aim to expand our network of buyers interested in receiving predictable long-term cash flow. We want to educate, demonstrate, and help them earn money with notes while we expand our land buying, a system we have improved and created value from. The goal is to expand our buyers' network.
