Biscuits n Brunch is a mobile pop up  kitchen and catering company established in 2020. Our focus has been to bring a street sensibility to gourmet southern food and use that knowledge in the bridal market in Georgia.
Catering is  a 253 million industry coupled with the 63 thousand brides who got married last year and an annual budget of over $21.000 dollars per bride the market continues to grow and thrive.
But  caterers are considered the low man on the totem pole when it comes to prepping constructing a running a business 
In parts of Georgia 
The solution is to my own small restaurant and shared kitchen to get those caterers who are creative to have a place to create
The competition is on every block food trucks , hotels , event spaces all have the one thing caterers do not have…..their own space.
My vision is to build a small storefront to rent the space to other caterers and gave a small front of the house feature to sell my top items for breakfast and lunch.
Annually we have done close to $200k each of the passed 2 years and business is solid 
We are looking for 100k dollars to build a small store front and shared kitchen the kill 2 birds with one stone
The shared kitchen will provide enough revenue every month to cover the intangibles (rent, electric, water)
The front of the house will over see breakfast , brunch and lunch for more income.
