Lifetime Financial Planning service that places the individual(s) in 100% control of their financial lives. This service involves the pain point for individuals whose fear in retirement is not having enough money to last in retirement. The target market is individuals who don't have $500,000 in financials assets to invest who to reach their financials goals by seeing what their "real" financial futures by developing lifecycle planning using the resources they presently control.

Lifecycle Finance represents a repositioning of the business of financial planning. A principle difference is that the investors are entirely in control of their own finances, instead of at the mercy of the accepted wisdom (we know best) of the present financial planning industry which is determined by conventional practice of slotting groups of people that into homogenous groups that represent an average investors, but does not reflect their own financial goals.

The service provides investors with knowledge of their real earning power, and therefore, available for investing. The model introduces the concept of human capital as an asset controlled by the investor. Adding in any annuities, such as social security payments and the investor has a "truer" picture of their financial health. These two assets are them set against spending outlays, called consumption. The investor then clearly sees what needs to be done on the asset and spending side to achieve their retirement goals, The difference between assets and liabilities is their Net Worth.

Revenue Streams include 1) initial fee ($500) and 2)continuing steam form advice as to how to invest their Net Worth. SaaS then provides and annuity component to the product.

The funding request is for development of the interactive financial model and for marketing.

Note: I am presently on the faculty of in the accounting and finance departments at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. In addition, I've maintained a small practice in Accounting.
