Website developer specializing in websites for schools. We manage 180+ websites for the 3rd largest school district in Miami-Dade and looking to expand business into the largest schools district, New York City. Started growing in NYC with 7 schools already but need funding to help us hire local talent and freelance photographers to take it to next level. We are also approved vendors for the 2nd largest school district, Los Angeles and are looking to expand there next school year.

  • We provide website design and management to school districts as well as app and promo video services
  • I started the company 9.5 years ago. We started out with 4 schools and to date we have over 180 school and district websites. Our current revenue from our schools generates approximately $350K in annual revenue
  • Currently we are a team of 6 (3 that manage the daily updates for the schools, 1 IT for hosting and server and 2 graphic designers and video editors)
  • Need capital to continue to expand operations into lucrative markets and hire local talent
  • Our school website clients renew their contracts with us on an annual basis thus generating consistent revenue year over year
  • While there are larger nationwide competitors, no one has been able to provide the level of customer service that we do 
  • We currently manage half of MDCPS websites and growing. MDCPS has approximately 360 school locations while NYC has nearly 1800 and Los Angeles has nearly 1400. The opportunity to grow our business is tremendous if we can gain traction in these markets.
  • We started expanding our business 4  months ago in NYC, after becoming approved vendors for the Department of Education and have 7 schools to date
  • We are seeking 150-200K to help with operating expenses and working capital (travel, new hires, additional equipment, trade shows and presentations)
  • We are scheduled to present to 47 High Schools in NYC mid April at breakfast during one of their district meetings
  • With this support I am confident that we can capture 20% of the available market in NYC within 3-5 years generating 1.2 million in sales revenue
